What are the bonds that you treasure in your life? Bakuhatsu Taiko Dan is excited to present our 6th annual showcase: KIZUNA 絆!
Following our "wonderous" showcase, we wanted to rediscover our core values by going back to our roots and reigniting the bonds that have brought us to where we are now. This kizuna amongst our members, alumni, family, friends and the community is what makes Bakuhatsu what it is today and what will keep it thriving for years to come. Come witness what we mean by that and build a kizuna with Bakuhatsu on this special day.

Bakuhatsu Taiko Dan is a student-run, collegiate taiko group at UC Davis. Taiko is a traditional form of Japanese drumming, and our name "Bakuhatsu" roughly translates to "explosion" in Japanese, which represents the energy and enthusiasm we put into playing taiko.
